Insured healthcare

We have contracts with every health insurance company in the Netherlands. In almost all cases you will be reimbursed in full for the basic healthcare you receive. Make sure to have a referral note from your general practitioner or physician.

Make an appointment

You can make an appointment at DC Klinieken by completing the appointment form below. You can also contact us by e-mail at info@dcklinieken.nl. Please make sure to include your telephone number, the location where you would like to have an appointment and the reason.

Referral note for appointment

You need a referral note from your general practitioner/physician before you can make an appointment with us. DC Klinieken will unfortunately be unable to provide the required health care without this referral note. You also need this referral to be able to claim the costs from the health insurance. If your treatment is not insured, then you don’t need a referral note.
