What is pain management?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The specialism of pain management consists of a variety of treatments to alleviate or eliminate pain. Everyone has experienced pain at some point. And yet sometimes pain can exacerbate in such a way that it severely diminishes quality of life: even general activities become painful, from exercising to lifting lightweight objects. When such complaints last more than six weeks, we speak of chronic pain.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
