What is dermatology?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The specialism of dermatology deals with conditions of the skin, nails and hair. A dermatologist both diagnoses and treats skin diseases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Common skin complaints are atopic dermatitis, psoriasis and skin cancer. The three most common types of malignant skin tumours are melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
